October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  This week, St. Joseph Mercy is hosting the Lood Good…Feel Better session on Wednesday, October 10, call  the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345, and ask to be scheduled at the St. Joseph Mercy.  On Thursday, October 11, Stop by Studio 1219 for LUNAFEST, a traveling film festival that spotlights the work of a diverse array of talented women filmmakers with intelligent, funny and thought-provoking themes. Cost: $10 donation to the Art of Being a Woman.
