There are now new hours at the Port Huron Museum Locations.  Carnegie Center
New hours will be 11 am – 4 pm Wednesday through Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday. The Museum is  available all year for scheduled group tours of 20 or more, and some extended holiday hours may apply.  Administration staff will be on-site Monday – Friday, and business meetings will be by appointment only.  The Thomas Edison depot and the Huron Lightship will both close for the winter season, beginning November 1, 2012., with the exception of reserved tours of groups of 20 or more. The spring opening date /hours will be determined at a later time.  Admission and membership rates will not change for these sites.  Fort Gratiot Light Station – will remain open through December 16,   Saturday and Sunday only, 11-5 pm.  Public  tours and the gift shop will close December 17 – May 2, 2013 for the winter. The site will be available for “Overnight  at the Light” events and reserved-in-advance group tours of 20 or more throughout the entire  year.
