An attempted armed robbery at CVS Pharmacy on Lapeer is seeing a Port Huron man in jail.  Port Huron Police officers say they were called to CVS Pharmacy at 940 Lapeer  shortly after 7:30 p.m. last evening.  Upon arrival officers  discovered a 29-year-old white male attempting to steal drugs from the pharmacy. He was arrested at the scene and officers recovered a handgun.  The subject is lodged at the St. Clair County Jail pending arraignment.
