Break-in Sees Men From Sandusky and Port Huron Facing Charges
October 29th, 2012
A break-in that occurred last week is seeing a Sandusky man and Port Huron man facing charges of breaking and entering, larceny from a building and possession of stolen property. Brad Galloway, 28, of Sandusky, and Cody Breiholz, 26, of Port Huron, were arraigned Wednesday in Sanilac County District Court following the Tuesday break-in at a cabin in Elmer Township. It is reported that police arrested the men after the owner of a cabin on Goodwine Road north of Walker Road in Elmer Township found two men stealing property from his cabin. The man called 911 in the late afternoon hours, and followed the men down back roads while on the phone with a dispatcher. An off-duty Sanilac County deputy responded to the area and stopped Galloway and Breiholz, who were in a pickup truck pulling a small trailer.
