Joe Baur

Nominated for his willingness to lend a hand whenever needed, St. Joseph Mercy Port Huron is pleased to announce that Joe Baur, Facilities Coordinator, has been named the 2012 Associate of the Year. Baur of North Street has been a St. Joseph Mercy employee since 2006.  The program is an employee recognition program that is held each year in September, during Mercy Week, an annual celebration of the heritage of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.  During the celebration 11 associates, who have all been designated as an Associate of the Month, are considered for the annual award by fellow hospital staff, with the winner announced during the Associate of the Year Tea.  Baur was nominated for his team-player approach and positive attitude.
