As of this morning, November 1st, some 4,000 in St. Clair County, mainly the northend of Port Huron and Fort Gratiot area, continue to be without power following Hurricane Sandy.  Many lost power in the early hours Tuesday, and DTE Energy officials say they hope to have everyone restored by sometime Friday.
