A St. Clair County Sheriff Deputy conducted a traffic stop at Card and Palms Road, where the Deputy detected the order of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  The driver did not have a driver’s license on his person and was taken into custody.  The Deputy located some 25 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle and contacted the Drug Task Force.  Members of the Drug Task Force conducted further investigation at the suspect’s home where they located an additional 21 pounds of marijuana and marijuana plant material as well as scales….36 long guns, 2 hand guns and night vision equipment.  The 42 year old white male of Goodells is expected to face charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver – felony firearms – maintaining a drug house and drug vehicle – habitual offender – ad no driver’s license on person.
