St. Clair County Community Mental Health has announced its most recent Outstanding Team of the Month, the Oasis Upgrade Team. This group was nominated for their high level of team work in upgrading the software system for the region. Along with their regular tasks, they spent many hours doing research on new federal requirements, developing policies and training documents, and reviewing each element within the new software for accuracy.  They show dedication to meeting deadlines while demonstrating outstanding work ethic and dedication.  Nomination guidelines recognize a team for demonstrating “Above and Beyond” a normal job scope such as providing service excellence within a team or with the persons they serve.
