Scott Shine, is now serving as the new Executive Director of the ARC of St. Clair County.  The ARC has a new director and are in a new location at 1530 Pine Grove Ave. Ste. 5. Scott told WGRT that the new location allows them to meet their consumers in a more private setting.  He says they feel the Pine Grove building will increase their exposure by being on one of the most heavily traveled roads in the county and that will allow them to focus on more of the financial resources to providing services.  The Arc of St. Clair County advocates for and provides services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in St. Clair County.  The new location is right across the street from the Palms Crystal Bar in Port Huron.
