Janet Arbaugh

St. Clair County Community Mental Health named Janet Arbaugh as its most recent Outstanding Employee of the Month. Arbaugh was nominated for maintaining her positive attitude and upbeat spirit, and being an inspiration to many. Arbaugh successfully runs three groups that meet at her office site, and is always willing to help her co-workers. She is flexible in her work hours and adjusts them to meet program needs. These are just a few reasons why Janet Arbaugh was named Outstanding Employee of the Month! Nomination guidelines recognize an employee for going “Above and Beyond” their normal job scope such as providing service excellence within a team or with the persons we serve.
