Three Port Huron residents are in custody on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct, Torture and Unlawful Imprisonment stemming from an incident which occurred over the past several weeks. The three were arrested after members of the Port Huron Police Department Detective Bureau responded to a home in the 400 block of 14^th Street to execute a search warrant as a result of the allegations. Vito Maxmillian Hale age 21 – 19 year old Conrad Anthony Evenson and 18 year old Bobby Joe Main  - A preliminary examination has been set for February 12, 2013 at 1:30p in front of Judge Cynthia Platzer.  Bond was denied for all three suspects.
