Chief Of Marysville Police To Retire

Timothy A. Buelow, Chief of Police of the Marysville Police Department is officially retiring from the City of Marysville, Thursday, September 12. Chief Buelow served for 32.5 years, hiring in in March of 1981. He was promoted to Sgt. In October 1997, and Assistant Chief in June of 2004. On October 24 of 2009, Buelow was promoted to Chief. A coffee and cake reception are being held today at the police station from 1:30 to 3:30. A Certificate of Appreciation was presented on Monday of this week at the city council meeting.
