Snow Ordinance Now in Place

The Port Huron Police Department is reminding residents that effective December 1, 2011 parking on city streets is prohibited between the hours of 2:30am and 6:00am for snow removal. The snow ordinance is in effect from December 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. Citizens are reminded to not park on paved city streets between these hours to allow for efficient snow removal. Warning notices will be issued for the first 3 days, thereafter violators will be issued a $10 citation.
