Port Huron lawyer David Black was sentenced yesterday to two years in a facility that has yet to be designated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Black pleaded guilty to income tax evasion in April of this year. In U.S. District court yesterday, Black faced sentencing in U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan in Detroit.   The decision on restitution and any fines has been delayed.  Black has been out on a  personal bond of $10,000  and that was continued pending his voluntary surrender to an institution designated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.   That is expected to take place  sometime after the holidays.  Black’s plea agreement included restitution in the amount of $457,800 for tax money due to the Internal Revenue Service in 2003, 2004 and 2005.  As part of the agreement, Black also would have to file accurate tax returns for 2003, 2004 and 2005 to the IRS.
