A 19-year-old Algonac man remains in critical condition at Mount Clemens Regional Hospital after a fatal crash early Monday morning in Chesterfield Township, according to reports.   Police have not released the name of the man who was a passenger in the vehicle driven by 19 year old Rebecca Wheaton of  St. Clair Shores woman who was killed in the crash.  The accident occurred about 12:20 a.m. Monday on eastbound Interstate 94 at 23 Mile Road.   Police say they believe Wheaton was driving at a high rate of speed on eastbound I-94 when she lost control of her vehicle which then  crashed into the guard rail and came to rest in the eastbound lanes of I-94. The vehicle was then hit by a  27-year-old Chesterfield Township man.   It is believed alcohol contributed to the first of the two accidents.  The crash remains  under investigation.
