
Reward Climbs In Sanilac County Gun Left

The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office is increasing the reward for any information leading to the arrest and/or recovery of guns that were stolen last month. According to a news release from the sheriff’s office this week, the reward is being increased from $500 to $1,500. On Dec. 16, of last year, Sanilac deputies investigated the breaking and entering in which the guns were stolen. The complaint was made at a location on Wheatland Road in the Deckerville area. According to reports, the suspects are believed to have entered a shed adjacent to the owner’s home and stole multiple long guns which are guns typically used for hunting guns such as shotguns and rifles.
