Virtual Learning Academy of St. Clair County Accepting Students

The Virtual Learning Academy of St. Clair County is now accepting students for enrollment, according to academy Director Denice Lapish. Academy students take classes online, working on their own schedule. They have access to highly qualified teacher/mentors. Students also are loaned laptop computers and given free Internet access.  Students eligible for the academy are 16 to 19 years old and not currently enrolled in a public school.  The academy is at 1520 Michigan Road, Port Huron Township, at the corner of Dove Road.  Registration information is available by calling the academy at (810) 364-1362 or toll-free (888) 375-9909.  The Virtual Learning Academy is a public school academy chartered by the St. Clair County RESA.
