According to scanner traffic, Police are attempting to make contact with suspects in a house on 13th Street between Pine and Howard streets in Port Huron.  The suspects were seen running from a shots fired incident on the 1200 block of Howard Street to the residence. Currently the house is on lock down.  Four shots are reported to have been fired, at approximately 3:45 p.m. today.  Roads are blocked in that area with police blockades.   Special response teams are on the scene.
