Three people were transported to St. John River District Hospital Monday night after a two-vehicle crash in China Township, according to a statement from St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon.  34 year old Marci Sonnenfeld,  of Marine City was driving southbound on Wadhams Road about 7 p.m. Monday when she failed to stop at a stop sign. At that time, Sonnenfeld’s vehicle was hit by a car driven by 42 year old Tammi Getz, of East China Township.  Sonnenfeld, Getz and Sonnenfeld’s one-month old child — a passenger in her vehicle — were taken to the hospital with what were believed to be minor injuries.  Sonnenfeld was cited for failure to yield. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
