This week (Thursday, March 22^nd) another community leader will be laid to rest. Doug Austin served this community in a variety of roles, not the least of which was as the leader of the Acheson project. While the loss to our community is significant, the loss to his family is beyond our ability to capture in words. It is one thing for a community to cope with the loss of a leader, it is quite another for a family to cope with the loss of grandpa, dad and husband. There is a strength that is beyond human comprehending; may the Austin family find that that strength in their time of sorrow.
