March 22nd, 2012
A 19-year-old Port Huron man may be facing charges after an assault that reportedly took place yesterday at about 11 a.m. at Don’s Towing at 2547 Conner St. in Port Huron. Police were called after the man allegedly punched and kicked another man to the ground. The employee, a 52-year-old man, stated he had repeatedly asked the suspect to leave before he was assaulted. The suspect had wanted to see a vehicle being held in the lot at the towing company. The towing company holds many of the vehicles impounded by the police and sheriff departments.
