Michigan State Police continue investigation into a one-car accident that occurred about   3:30 a.m. Sunday that took the life of a 20-year-old Smiths Creek man.  It is reported that the man was driving west on Rattle Run Road just east of Mayer Road in St. Clair Township when he lost control of his car and it rolled over. Police say car stopped in the yard of a home on Rattle Run Road – the resident of which heard the crash and dialed 911. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, according to the Michigan State Police who say the case is an open investigation.
