A 41-year-old Port Huron man was transported to the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center  after he allegedly knocked over another man in downtown Port Huron and stole his wallet and cell phone.  Port Huron Police say officers  responded to the 500 block of Huron Avenue about 6:30 p.m. Saturday to the report of a strong armed robbery. A 26-year-old Port Huron man told officers the suspect knocked him over and took his wallet and phone before leaving the scene on a bicycle.  Reports show that officers apprehended the suspect a short time later and lodged him in the county jail.
