May 9th, 2012
The St. Clair County Master Gardener Diagnostic Hotline is available to answer questions regarding plant problems and garden or home insect issues. Horticultural problems and questions may be called in to the Michigan State University Extension office (810) 989-6935 during scheduled Hotline Hours every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. through October. A Master Gardener trained in taking horticultural requests will answer your call, research the problem and make a scientific recommendation. If a diagnostic sample is needed it will be requested to be brought into the office by the Hotline personnel to better diagnose the problem. ALL SAMPLES need to be in a clear container.
