St. Clair County CMH Executive Director, Michael McCartan presented 34 books to Allison Arnold, Interim Library Director of the St. Clair County Library System, on May 15. The books were purchased with funds donated by public individuals, agencies, and CMH staff through the SCCCMH Gift of Knowledge project.  The books donated include fiction and non-fiction books on topics related to mental illness or developmental disabilities, with titles suitable for young children, adolescents and adults. In addition to the books designated to the St. Clair County Public Library, there were also 35 books purchased for placement in the St. Clair County CMH Library. The SCCCMH Library is also available for public use.
